Introduction to Lacto-Fermentation Workshop

Hosted by Gena Mavuli, Holistic Nutrition Counselor, this hands-on workshop will discuss the basics of lacto-fermentation, including its historical and current use as a preservation method, the health benefits of lacto-fermented foods, and how to start and manage small-batch ferments. All participants will help make and take home a jar of dill cucumber pickles to ferment and enjoy.
