I'm training for a marathon and I am looking for long distance runners. I am not a fast runner so even if you're a slow runner you can join. Running is always more fun when doing it with others. So let's meet in at the Frog Pond and run a various of distances. The shortest distance we will do is a 10k. We will throw some burpees, push ups, sit ups, squats, and other fun exercises in there.
