If you have a taste for the smoky, sweet elixir, why not put your senses to the test? It is my goal to put together a group of like-minded individuals with a passion for the grog and the sophistication to appreciate the finer points. Newbies to bourbon or seasoned vets are encouraged. In time, I would like to host different bourbon tastings, taking different thematic approaches to each. Everything from "Small Batch vs. Single Barrel Challenge" to "Name That Distillery" events are sure to be the norm, as well as a Cocktail of the Month and even discussion (and serving!) of some excellent food pairings. I look forward to finding other enthusiastic individuals to get this off the ground!
