At 13.5 miles, this walk is one of next favorites. We start at Causeway Foot Inn at Denholme, to walk the short way to Ogden Reservoir. We will follow a nice path that goes through the wooded area on the right of the reservoir.
This route, takes us nicely uphill towards the wind turbine farm. Heading towards a dissued quarry, where we take a short break.
This track now takes us all the way to Oxenhope and another short stop.
Now comes the fun bit. From here, its a great walk up Bentley Hey towards Upwood Cararavan Park. On the way up, there are magnificent views of the valley over looking Haworth and beyond.
Now we head across Black Moor to follow a great route to reach Hewenden Viaduct. A magificient structure.
Now it's time to head back. The route we now follow, is along the top of the viaduct, picking up the millennium Way via Doe Park reservoir and finally Thornton Moor Reservoir.
A short section along the Bronte Way before heading along bridleways to find the final path, that brings us back to Ogden Reservoir.
