Flat white. A recent addition to these shores deriving from Australia, but if done correctly (few coffee shops in the UK do know how to make them properly), are wonderful. A better question to ask is: what is the difference between a long black and an americano?
Soy: yuck! An abomination and the natural proteins and lactose in cow's milk impart an important flavour to any espresso based drink that is simply lost if using soy. Besides soy milk tastes revolting. For me, full fat milk every time
Neither. I prefer authentic, independent coffee shops that are, by their very nature undefinable.
