Creative writing is exciting. We are more likely to grow as writers when we are in a community with other writers. Writing does not need to be lonely and unproductive, but should be a fulfilling and liberating form of creativity and self-expression.

As a member of The Brighton Writers' Workshop, you can belong to a community of fellow writers who will encourage you in your craft. We typically meet every other week either for a Workshop (writing prompts/exercises) or a Critique (giving feedback to members on their work).

Check out past meetups we've had to get an idea of what we do, and feel free to contact the organizers if you have any questions. We're looking forward to meeting you!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
