I have practiced yoga and meditation for the last decade, and continue to do so on a daily basis. I have a strong daily meditation practice, and now spend much of the year in silent meditation retreat. My interest is self realization, enlightenment.
I have had experience in Vipassana & Zen meditation. I currently spend 2-4 hours a daily in meditation and 50 days in silent retreat with enlightened meditation teacher, Linda Clair.
