Nia: Fitness The Body's Way

Hi Everyone,

I am offering a  Nia classes  on Tuesdays and Thursdays  from 9:30am to 10:30am starting on Thursday April 10. No fee, but donations are greatly appreciated.

Nia is a fitness and wellness program that incorporates elements of dance arts, martial arts and healing arts.

If you like to dance, to move to music, to sweat to stretch to experience the joy of movement this one hour class choreographed to music is for you.

We start out by warming up, stretching and then move into faster paced non-impact aerobics and finish with a relaxing cool-down.

No experience necessary. All ages and all fitness levels welcome.
