Bar Trek returns to a favourite - La Fleur en Papier Dore. This is one of the (alledgedly 'the') oldest bars in Brussels. It's got everything! - decent beer, it does food and plenty of space (not that you'd know that looking at the entrance).
It's also close to the very fine Porte Noir (a few doors up the hill on the same road, which often does music) which I plan to move onto at about 23:00 (but that's very flexible). Porte Noir has an excellent range of beers, many on tap.
The bar is La Fleur en Papier Dore (Rue de Alexiens 53, about 5 mins walk from Grand Place)

BTW - This will be a big trek, so please buy your drinks 'as you go' from the bar or in small groups. I want to avoid a huge bill at the end with people trying to remember what they had.
We"ll be at the big table at the back of the bar.

See you there,
