This is a group for anyone interested in learning how to cope with all types of emotions and how they impact your life. Today more than ever we need to reach out to others to help us understand our own emotions. Very few of us learn how to truly process emotions and feelings. We often practice dysfunctional patterns learned from our families - which is, for most of us, far from ideal. We will discuss and share coping strategies, useful books, tools, tips for dealing with emotions and related areas, such as BPD, depression, DBT, and more! I started this group because I know we can help one another - and many of us just want to talk about these issues with others who understand. Please join us.
