Here's YOUR opportunity to be part of something BIGGER than yourself...

This group for anyone that wants to learn more about and bring back the methods and mindset that was called 'PHYSICAL CULTURE'.

Physical Culture exercise methods were based on total body movement which resulted in strong, lean and agile bodies that were also balanced and healthy. It was a COMPLETE and integrated approach to health, fitness and performance training.

And Physical Culture methods worked for ANYONE...

Physical Culture methods work for young, old, men, women, athletes, bodybuilders, fitness enthusiasts, those wanting to lose fat, build muscle or just increase their overall health and well-being. And it worked extremely well for a very long time.

If Physical Culture methods were so good, WHY did it all change?

This is why:
You see...in the 1950's the Industrial boom and performance-enhancing drugs took over the fitness industry and CHANGED how people exercised forever. Physical Culture was replaced by exercising in fancy, shiny machines that confuse the body and unhealthy weight-loss schemes that destroy people's metabolisms.

People today aren't aware of is that the post-1950's methods promoted by the fitness industry and gyms today...were NEVER designed for them. That is, unless they used performance-enhancing drugs. Which is why their targeted and machine-based approach of training only produces limited results for MOST people.

If maximizing YOUR results is important to you AND if you ever hope to achieve the healthy, fit, strong, lean, agile and energetic body you want...

You need to know the HONEST ANSWERS to these questions:

- HOW did people train BEFORE steroids and machines?
- WHICH system did THEY follow?
- HOW were they able to produce such amazingly healthy, strong, lean and agile bodies WITHOUT drugs and for practically anyone?
- WHY were 'Physical Culture' methods able to produce MORE results by exercising A LOT LESS than those using today's post-1950's training system?

The FACT of the matter is...the 'physical culture' methods of old are STILL better than anything else out there today at providing the health, fitness and performance results people want.

WHY?
...because the body UNDERSTANDS those methods BETTER and therefore responds that much FASTER to them.

Yet, these successful methods have almost all been forgotten about. And those that have accurately researched, understand a still teach these methods is relatively small and VERY few and far between indeed.

Now more than ever, is there a need to bring this PROVEN system of training back.

YOU can get the expert guidance you need, learn more about this proven system, get better results from your training and more importantly, help bring back the MINDSET of 'Physical Culture' to it's proper place by becoming part of the MOVEMENT and joining my group - The Bucks County Physical Culture and Barbell Club!

What members are saying

Because, if you're exercising, you're probably doing more harm than good and you really need to learn a better way.

I like this crowd already. I find a lot of the young babies filling the gyms now days have never heard of gym etiquette. ...

“Weight trained for 25 yrs. For personal reasons took a short break - 3 years and 50 pounds later I'm deconditioned, feeling lousy. Can't wait to get back to the gym, but need to start slow, easy and with guidance. After All, I'm not 25 anymore LOL”

“I have an interest in this "Physical Culture" as it is difficult to find a method or system that strips away the bells and whistles, the abundance of machines we are given to use and focuses on strengthining the body as a whole.”
