First Friday: PAINTING FOR PRESERVATION- The Changing Atmosphere of Preservation

The Changing Atmosphere of Preservation

Since 2011, artists of all media have gathered at the sites of Buffalo historic distressed properties and communities to create artwork related to the location as a means of raising positive awareness of the space.
Curated by the group's founder, Sara Zak, the show features examples of this diverse work by those artists who have been most active in the initiative.

The exhibit will be a living display that grows to include new art produced during four upcoming "art-ins" scheduled to occur during May and June. Events will take place May 4th and 18th, June 1st and 22nd...

The exhibition will be on view until June 28th
