THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO EXPLORE TYPOLOGY - A GREAT TOOL FOR EXPLORING SELF AND OTHERS!

Our personality type and temperament frame how we experience the world. Preferences for introversion or extraversion, sensing or intuition, feeling or thinking, judging or perceiving, lead us to view the circumstances of our lives uniquely, and we make our choices and discover our paths based on these nuanced differences. Using the MBTI (based on Jungian personality theory), participants will deepen their understanding of their own type and temperament and learn to recognize the more shadowy aspects of their personalities that are necessary for wholeness.
Barbara Price, MDiv, is an Episcopal priest. She serves as the Canon for Congregational Development and Transition Ministry for the Diocese of Western New York and as Rector of St. Peter's Church, Amherst. She is a spiritual director and serves as Director of the WINGS training program for spiritual directors in Rochester, NY. She is M.B.T.I. certified and has used type and temperament both for leadership development and in spiritual direction.
Paul Kochmanski, MA, is currently an Instructor of Psychology at ECC and Daemen College, and a board member for APS-WNY. He previously was a psychotherapist for 10 years, working in agencies as a child and adolescent specialist.
