Regular Monthly Meeting of the Alamance Makers Guild

Hey Everyone.

Its time for our next regular open meeting of the Alamance Makers Guild.

We're back to a more typical "do something" meeting (compared to the last more procedural meeting).

As always, please bring your projects, crafts, art, and ideas for Show-N-Tell!

Assuming our guest speaker is able to attend (check back again closer to the meeting) our main topic will be Fiber Arts and Crafts and we'll have some demonstrations of knitting, needlework, plarning, recycled crochet work, and more.  (in contrast to previous talks and demonstrations on retro video games, blacksmithing, and more)

If you'd also like to demonstrate your craft-related skill, craft, or art please contact me ([masked]) and we'll also add you to the schedule.

We'll also set aside some time to deal with our final plans and details for Maker Faire North Carolina in Raleigh on June 16th.  (I'll speak with the folks who are actually exhibiting with us between now and then).

We've set the time limit on this meeting to be between 7:00pm and 9:00pm.  We are able to stay longer for anyone that wishes to hang out or talk about anything else.

Please try to arrive promptly at 7:00pm so that we can get the meeting going as quickly as possible (in consideration for those who wish to leave by 9:00)

Also, please RSVP for the meeting!  And don't forget to invite others and bring family and friends!

Thanks for your continued support of the Alamance Makers Guild!

Ben
