My son is vegetarian and talks about moving to vegan...I'd like to learn more about it to be able to ensure his nutrition needs are met and I can make some dishes that everyone will love. I'd also like to learn a few great appetizers for my business, Arbonne, which is vegan certified. Many of my hosted presentations include appetizers and alcohol but I am growing a larger base of customers who are vegetarian, vegan and non drinkers...I'd like to be a great host in any environment.
