Hi Writers,

Here's a note from the editor of The Salon: A Journal of Poetry & Fiction (based in Burlington):

Hi all,

Swing by the BCA Center this thursday night, 7:30pm for a reception and reading for Issue #4 of The Salon , which features Paige Ackerson-Kiely, April Ossman, Daniel Lusk, Chard deNiord, Wyn Cooper, and many others. $5 admission includes the magazine, open bar, hors d'ouerves, readings, a live harpist, typewriter poems from our poet-in-residence Robert McKay, and more. Hope to see there!

And if you can't make it, visit us at the Burlington Book Festival all weekend at Main St. Landing. Many wonderful writers will read, including Marie Howe, and Edie Rhoads, whose book The Day Bat has just been released by our own Honeybee Press.

Ben Aleshire

I'll post for next week's meeting shortly.
