Dr. Bennett is the author of one of my favorite introductory astronomy textbooks. I was also very impressed by a talk about astronomy education that he gave here a few years back. He was recently a speaker at the MUFON convention in Denver as the "token skeptic," as reported by Space.com (http://www.space.com/...)
