I linked to it on Meet-Up while looking into the sub-culture. I was already interested in expanding life into it, and the group has been warm and welcoming ever since
I'm quite enjoying the costuming and socializing. I think the fellow members and common interest are the most attractive part
A lot of random pieces, plus a few personas:
Commodore Andrew Cross of Her Majesties 64th Submersible Division "Cruiser" - Loyal subject and Intrepid Explorer into the unknown realms of the lost and unknown.
Mr. Gordon Nome, avid adventurer and airship Pilot. Loyalty for hire on-board pirate and privateer aerial ships, always up for a drink or a bit of pillaging!
Bishop Benjamin James Bird PhD - an old gaming character brought to life. Dedicated Archaeologist and Businessman. also joining the ranks of The Church of England for funding and support of his travels and adventures. Son of a Baronette in North Wales and Heir to his uncles Title of Earl.
NEW: East India Trading Companyman, name pending - concept well underway. bright and colorful blending highlights of India, the Orient and Victorian Europe into a Sailor, Trader and Merchant Z
I tend to love everything we do as a group, from park and picnic outings, to monthly pub nights and random movies, and don't forget expeditions for new stuff!! its all fun and enjoyment
Born to an Estate in Nywen, North Wales, I have studied under my uncle as an Archaeologist. Although I may still be young, my expeditions have included Mayan Ruins, Crusade Battle near Damascus and the Red lands on Mars. For Fortune and Adventure!!
Is a very fun group, felt welcome right away and everyone is out to have a good time - looking forward to future meet-up's
