CLUG Talk: Xeon Phi Architecture

This meetup will be used to announce the Cape Linux Users' Group (CLUG) talks.

Which can also be found at CLUG Meeting:

Or sign up on their mail listing to get immediate notifications:

Andy Rabagliati will introduce us to the Intel Xeon Phi architecture.

The Xeon Phi is Intel's entry to the coprocessor market, capable of
one teraflop double precision floating point on a single chip.

The presentation will cover the hardware aspects of the internal
architecture, and Andy will take questions on that and the software
development processes needed to take full advantage of the chip.

Tip: Cluggers also join for dinner after the talk, usually decided on right after the talk. Hang around afterwards if you'd like to join in!
