Qigong is Moving Meditation Practice, and Qigong is a Moving Medication.
We can apply Qigong to our daily activities, because every Conscious Breathe is Qigong, Mind _ Body _Breathe awareness.
• What to Bring: Bring a big smile in your heart ! Bring good Intention and willingness to have fun in learning something new.
* What to Wear: Unlike yoga, Qigong does not require that you wear special clothing. Keep in mind that any loose-fitting comfortable clothing is the best Qigong uniform (no jeans). Thinner sole and flexible sneakers that provide support is ideal for Qigong/Tai chi exercise.
About the two classes:
* Qigong and Tai Chi Easy, regular class is for people who are able to stand and exercise for an hour.
*** Chair Qigong and Tai Chi Easy, is for folks who are unable to stand and for period of time.
**What is Tai chi Easy vs. traditional Tai Chi? Tai Chi Easy is designed for easy learning in short increment, but flexible in terms of repetition for exercise and meditation purpose . Whereas traditional tai chi, there are certain regiments and forms must be followed.
