Pass this on to everyone you know!!!!! They own our bank, auto industry, healthcare, grids & now WATER??? WHAT IS HAPPENING!!?? House Wetlands, Clean Water Act Hearing Thurs. Oct. 15th New wetlands bill would give jurisdiction over all waters in US to Corps/EPA. The Bill would give jurisdiction over all activities affecting all waters of US. All watersheds (meaning all lands) would come under EPA/Corps. This hearing is your last chance before a House Committee vote: House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Hearing on Oberstar’s Clean Water Act Wetlands Land Grab Bill (No Bill Number Yet) set for Thursday, October 15th. At 10:00 AM Eastern time. Rep. Oberstar is playing hide and seek with his bill number to forestall opposition. See updated Committee list below with faxes and e-mails. Webcast of hearing will be on the Web. Go to http://transportation... Congress Moves To Seize Control Of All U.S. Waters From Bathtubs To Baptismal Fonts, Congress Moves To Give the Corps of Engineers and EPA Control Of All U.S. Waters Issue: Having been slapped down by the U. S. Supreme Court’s two recent decisions that the words “navigable waters” in the Clean Water Act limited federal agencies to regulation of navigable waters only. Democrats and liberal Republicans in Congress are striking back. They are attempting to pass the Clean Water Restoration Act of 2009 (No House Number – S 787 In Senate) that would amend the 1972 Clean Water Act and replace the words “navigable waters” with “waters of the United States.” Further, it defines "waters of the United States" with such breathtaking scope that federal agencies would be required to regulate use of every square inch of the U.S., both public and private. The proposed definition states: “The term ‘waters of the United States’ means all waters subject to ebb and flow of the tides, the territorial seas, and all interstate and intrastate waters and their tributaries, including lakes, rivers, streams (including intermittent streams), mudflats, sandflats, wetlands, sloughs, prairie potholes, wet meadows, playa lakes [a flat dried up area, esp. a desert basin…] natural ponds and all impoundment of the foregoing, to the fullest extent that these waters are subject to the legislative power of Congress under the Constitution.” Obviously, those behind this legislation have only contempt for the Constitution, limited government and private property rights. To understand what the framers of the Constitution intended, one need only look to their writings and the writings of those from whom they took wisdom and direction. A few of thousands of quotes follow: Quote 1: “The moment the idea is admitted into society that property is not as sacred as the law of God, and that there is not a force of law and public justice to protect it, anarchy and tyranny commence. If ‘Thou shalt not covet’ and ‘Thou shalt not steal’ were not commandments from Heaven, they must be made inviolable precepts in every society before it can be civilized or made free.” — John Adams, A Defence of the Constitution of the United States against the Attacks of M. Turgot, 1787. Quote 2: “What a man has honestly acquired is absolutely his own, which he may freely give, but cannot be taken from him without his consent.” — Samuel Adams, Massachusetts Circular Letter, 1768. Quote 3: “…’tis not without reason that [man] seeks out, and is willing to join in society with others who are already united, or have a mind to unite for the mutual preservation of their lives, liberties and estates which I call by the name of property.” — John Locke, Second Treatise of Government, 1690 Quote 4: “The property which every man has in his own labor, as it is the foundation of all other property, so it is the most sacred and inviolable.” — Adam Smith, The Wealth of Nations, 1776 |

Here is some more information on S787 Clean Water Restoration Act that Sherrod Brown is a co-sponsor of, I published this in my newsletter a couple of weeks ago. If anyone would like to recieve a copy contact me.
This bill has been approved by the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee and is in the Senate, S 787 Clean Water Restoration Act. To see the committee discussion watch the 2 videos below: Russ Feingold (D WS) Bill WATERS OF THE UNITED STATES- The term ‘waters of the United States’ means all waters subject to the ebb and flow of the tide, the territorial seas, and all interstate and intrastate waters and their tributaries, including lakes, rivers, streams (including intermittent streams), mudflats, sandflats, wetlands, sloughs, prairie potholes, wet meadows, playa lakes, natural ponds, and all impoundments of the foregoing, to the fullest extent that these waters, or activities affecting these waters, are subject to the legislative power of Congress under the Constitution.’. This would give the government the power to control all water (including private property) in the US by removing “navigable” water from the bill. What this means is that all water whether on private land or not will be owned by the government. Article about: http://dirtydemocrats... To understand what some Democrats in Congress are trying to do watch both of these videos and if you object call your Representative and tell them to vote NO on S787. Sherrod Brown is a co-sponsor on this bill. Video “The Great Water Heist” Part 1 http://www.youtube.co... The Great Water Heist (Barbara Boxer (D—CA) and Max Baucus also author Government Run Health Care Reform Bill) Part 2 http://www.youtube.co... Read the bill http://www.govtrack.u... This is unconstitutional under the fifth amendment: No person shall be deprived of life, liberty or property, without due process of law: nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation |

Kathy,
It was great meeting you in person. Our State Reps. either don't read the bills, don't care, are corrupt or are ignorant idiots (or could be all of the above). Speaking of States, we need to figure out which of the Ohio State Reps need to be replaced in the next election. Anne |

I called Sherrod Browns office and asked when he decided to change his party affiliation from Democrat to Communist. I also reminded his staff that he is our servant, not our master and that he took an oath to protect the Constitution of the United State...something his sponsorship of this bill is a clear violation thereof.
I also called Kilroy's office...they pretended to know nothing about it, that there was no House Resolution. I informed them of the Oct. 15th hearing...and they said "Well, then its just a hearing on something the Senate did back in June"...I told them they just said they didn't know anything about it. Their response? "Well, I meant that they weren't voting on anything" Again, I reminded the staffer of the Congresswoman's oath of office. BTW...I wrote about 4 twitters under "shopwholefoods" about this, at included the You Tube link you gave us. Thanks for giving us the heads up--its almost impossible to keep track of all their devious little plots. |

This is just another in a long list of treasons by this communistic Congress to sign away Americas sovereignty to the NWO and give away everything American to some foreign dictators. As i posted on another site, when the pain and misery of the actions of these in Congress are finally felt, then and only then will we truly witness the return of the republic and Constitutional America.

Unbelievable!!! 17th amendment, plain and simple. Senators are supposed to represent State interests*, but the States no longer have the ability to recall their Senators when they don't since they are now elected by the people. (* Which is also the reason I have no problem with a Senator bucking their party at any time, as long as they are doing so to represent their State interests over those of their political party -- people who bandy around the RINO word would do well to consider that.) Which raises the question of why any Senator is supporting healthcare "reform" since every version of the bill pushes substantial costs onto the states... |

To those of you who question whether Sherrod Brown is a communist, rest assured that he definitely is one. I recently met a man who knew him years ago when Brown lived in Mansfield. This person was in a position where he knew a lot about Brown and I consider him very credible. According to this person Brown went to the Soviet Union and came back all enthused about their government. He was even writing a book about how great their system was when the Berlin Wall came down and he then decided against it. For those of you who do not know in addition to his belief in government health care definitely with the government option, Brown is also working with Apollo in the "green energy" arena and has sponsored a bill to "revive" American manufacturing by providing $30 billion in government money in a revolving loan fund. All I can say in mixed company is that is a lot of windmills!

Brown received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian studies at Yale University, need I say more. He is a massive Progressive. He used to be a member of the Congressional Progressive Caucus when he was in the House. He didn't mention that when he was running to represent us in the Senate though, Hmmm. In order to preserve this country and the Constitution we need to "Purge the Progressives" in 2010/12. You heard it here first, I think that I am going to print t-shirts with that quote. His eldest daughter is a member of the SEIU (sound familiar) here in Ohio, that should give you a warm and fuzzy!
