St Patty's Parade & Wearin o' the Green Festival! Sat Mar 16th- Raleigh

It is Easy to be GREEN in 2013!

Join us for the annual Raleigh St. Patrick's Day Parade on Saturday, March 16 in Downtown! Come see the largest parade in Raleigh. The parade starts at noon.

The Wearin' 'O the Green Festival is in Moore Square from 10:00am to dark with lots of food, beverages, entertainment and fun for all ages!

The Raleigh St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee is a 501(c)3 organization. We gladly welcome donations. The money raised helps with the costs of the parade and festival. We also donate any extra funds back to charities in the community.

I will plan to be there around 1:00 pm.  GO on over sooner if you can!  But we can then meet across the street from Tir Na Nog at 1:00 pm.  Slainte!

We had such a huge crowd that it was hard to find the group without an exact meeting place. Then it was just another street fair solo as the group dispersed.

It was nice to meet you Dave! Sorry I didn't find you again when I came back to see the dancers - I was there watching them for a while alone as well, then I went home. Hope you can make it again to a less crowded meetup! Blessing, IOne

Could use some navigation advice or carpooling, coming from Burlington or maybe my son's place in Cary.

Hi, Dave - I will already be in Raleigh from a morning meeting - maybe some else is up for carpooling from your direction - anyone? Re: navigation, Moore Square is smack in downtown Raleigh not far from the Capitol - at Martin and Blount streets - just get into downtown Raleigh and you'll find it. There are quite a few parking decks and lots in the blocks surrounding Moore Square - so park where you can and walk over to the Square! Slainte, IOne

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
