Let's Go to the Games and the Gathering O' the Clans!!

I have not yet been to the GMHG, due to one thing or another - so I am up for going this year!   ** I am camping with some fellow Celtic fans from the Pittsboro Song Circle as well as some of our members, so let me know if anyone wants to share some tent space!  There are actually still tent spaces available also, go to the website to sign up.  You pay for the size tent site you want, plus there is the $55 all event weekend ticket required for campers.

I will to go up Thursday midday and be there until Sun morning.   Glad to give anyine a ride who wants to go up on Thursday, but  I can't give a ride back, though, as I will be going straight to the beach SUnday morning via a different route.

 The GMHG SPring Newsletter says:

"We are already gearing up for a fantastic 2011 Grandfather Mountain Highland Games. Hey, everyone! Want a campsite on the Meadow fro the Games this weekend? There is a reserved and paid for tent space for Fri-Sat nights that one of our fellow travelers now needs to give up, due to accessiblity issues. SHe would love someone to "buy" it from her and use it - come join us! Two cars are going up Thursday after lunch, another one or two on Friday - there is room for riders and campers! COntact me for more info. Blessings, IOne
