Subject: [bookclub-1814] January's Journey

Happy New Year, Book Lovers!
I thought it would be great to kick off the new year with a departure from our usual book types.  The thread that ties these 3 books together is a probing journey into elements of humanity.  I'm quite confident that whichever we choose will inspire some rousing discussions.  Please go to the Poll under the "more" tab on the main page, and vote for your selection.
At Home: A Short History of Private Life by Bill Bryson
Proust was a Neuroscientist by Jonah Lehrer
An Anthropologist on Mars: Seven Paradoxical Tales by Oliver Sacks

See you soon!
Melissa
