Fresh baked scones and Earl Grey. Champagne and biscuits with clotted cream and homemade jam. Those adorable little sandwiches. Our next meetup will be a "high tea" so let's share our most delicate recipes, sweet and savory. A variety of teas and champagne will be provided.

Everything was pretty perfect! So enjoyed the company, and the food was downright 'sinful'!

Unfortunately, I have a stomach flu...will be homebound eating toast and chicken soup! Have fun, see you next time.

I see there are no spots left. I would like to bring my guy if there are any cancellations.

What can I bring? I have many cookie recipes that go with teas, since it seems that scones are already covered. Please let me know. I am new to this group.

    are children welcome, or not?

    • Loretta

Yes, they are definitely welcome, but my place is not very childproof for small ones.

I really love this idea, but it's my grandson's first birthday party... sad to miss this one!

I have a variety of about 7-9 loose leaf teas (several black, a couple greens, and a white), as well as cider spices and cocoa! I am also planning on making some pumpkin scones and cookies. I have two small teapots, and several teacups, but I would be most appreciative if anyone could bring a teapot so we can have the variety of teas ready for sampling! Also, I have two cats; in case anyone has allergies, I have Zyrtec.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
