Join us for the Gnocchi-making workshop at Bacco on Sunday, March 30th at 1 pm. Workshops at Bacco are always a lot of fun! We will learn how to make these Italian dumplings, then enjoy a meal of gnocchi, cheese, etc, plus 2 glasses of wine or Peronis, all for $35. Don’t wait – RSVP now!
The day before that, the Festa Italiana committee has organized a Golf Tournament Fundraiser on Saturday, March 29th. The price is $60 for each player, which includes a cart, lunch, and access to a special golf clinic by VIP Guest Sean “The Beast” Fister, who is a 3 time Hall of Fame long drive champion! The clinic will start at 11:30; tee time is 12 noon. Get info on how to register here on meetup or on the Lowcountry Festa Italiana site. This will be a lot of fun and will raise money for the upcoming 2nd annual Italian Festival to be held April 26th in Azalea Park, Summerville.
If you aren’t joining us for gnocchi at Bacco in Mt Pleasant, maybe you’ll come to Brian & Cindy’s for “Gnocchi Gnite” (aka “Gnocchi Gnotte”) Saturday, April 19th at 5 pm. Cindy is a great cook and will show us how to make gnocchi according to a family recipe, and we’ll try the gnocchi with different sauces plus bread and wine. If you come, bring an antipasto dish or dessert if you like. If the weather’s nice we can enjoy the fantastic wraparound deck and beautiful outdoors. This will be a lot of fun – RSVP today.
