Would you want to participate in a group booksale?

The tentative plan is to find a venue that will host us for a group booksale. Participants would bring up to 25 books. Pricing would be organized in such a way that if two people are selling the same book it is for the same price.

REVISED: Would you attend a Halloween Charity Event?

I've talked to several of you and have revised our plan - here it is: October 31st - Halloween - a fun night of costume contests, talent contest (think Susan Boyle in a Storm Trooper outfit singing about Tatoiune?), geek gift bag raffles, prom-style photos, Robot Chicken, table games, pub trivia, drum circle & belly dancing, food, drinks, music and more. All for the low, low cost of only $15 with $5 from every ticket going directly to Youth Homes Inc., a local charity supporting troubled children and their families. Would you attend?

Would You Attend Our Charity Geek Event?

Several of us have discussed holding a charity costumed party on Saturday, November 7th. There would be food, a cash bar, entertainment, some gaming, a charity raffle, a drum circle, and other events. The party would last from 7 PM to 11 PM. A portion of the proceeds would go to charity (we are currently looking at several organizations to do with educating children - like helping purchase computers for classrooms - it seems geeky to me!) We are looking at a door charge of $20 per person. Would you be interested in attending this event?

What Time Is Best For You For A Laser Quest Event?

Laser Quest is the current winner of our recent poll. So now I just need to know when is best for everyone to attend! Please let me know what days are best for you. I've not done laser quest, I don't know what all is involved beyond what I've seen on the website. But I wouldn't be able to be there before 7:30 PM for a start time during the week, due to work. So tell me when it would work best for you!

Which Group Activity Would You Actually Attend?

We know we can geek out at the movies - and we can fill up a bar table. But I'm trying to plan our April event and I want to know where you want to go next. So here's some of the choices I've been given. Please vote and let me know which one you would *actually* attend. Please pick your top 3. Thanks!
