Dining Club
As part of my continuing effort to encourage,
preserve, and present traditional ethnic cultures, The Chefs Table is planning a
series of events to further highlight the LasVegas area's diversity.
The
first event I am planning is an International Dining club a different country
every month . Food is a central component of a culture and is often the first
introduction a person has to a new culture. As such, I would like to expand your
dining experience by partnering with local ethnic restaurants to create and
serve a traditional, multi-course dinner. As part of the meal, the chef will
lead a discussion about the food and its relevance in the culture.
The
club will consist of only serious dinners and 12 is the bottom number We
will rotate through the participating restaurants over the course of the year.
By participating, you will not only experience traditional style food, but also
learn a bit about new cultures, discover new local restaurants, and meet other
adventurous diners.
Your responses to the questions below will help me
determine the potential number of participants, the type of menu you expect, as
well as a favorable price point. This information will be used when we approach
potential restaurants to participate in the program.*How frequently would you

restaurants to prepare a traditional, multi-course meal. What type of menus and
price point would you prefer? $25 - Three course fixed menu -
alcoholic beverages charged separately$30 - Three courses with a
choice of entree - wine pairings suggested, but charged separately$35 - Three courses with
multiple choices for each course - includes a wine pairing for the entree choice
only$40 - Multiple course menu
with choice of entree including wine pairings for each course (3 oz
pours) Would you be interested in attending a casual dress, kick-off
party featuring small plates prepared and served by a sample of restaurants
participating in the dining club program? You would also be able to sign up to
participate in the dining club during this event, enjoy a taste of things to
come, and meet and greet your potential dining partners.... Let me know you thoughts on
this idea.We would dine once a month like the 3rd Wedensday or if you perfer
weekends.
