As a Graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and having worked as Professional Baker, Chef & Executive Pastry Chef for the past 30 years, as well as, a Culinary/Baking & Pastry Educator for the past 18 years, my aspirations moving forward as the Co-organizer of the The Chesapeake Wood Oven Enthusiasts Meetup Group is to create opportunity for foodies of all skill levels and backgrounds to come together and learn from each other.
