Selling Agile: The Secret's in the "Why"

If you are "sold" on the value of Agile, but struggling to make the case for adoption in your workplace, this session is for you. We find some people "just get it," and some are never convinced no matter how many facts we show them about the benefits of Agile. Why is that? In this session, we will be exploring those questions and formulating answers and approaches to help you get others to cross the chasm to Agile.
