I found a button on the Meetup dashboard that controls who can organize a meeting. I pressed the button so that any member can organize a meeting. Before, a "meeting" only came into existence if 1 member proposed it and 2 others expressed their approval or confirmation. I have loosened the rule so that anyone can declare a meeting (like me, the organizer).
Our members have good ideas for meetups, and I want to allow them to organize meetings.
Members can add Meetups and announce them to the group.
