Join us for a fine dining experience of local and sustainably raised food, featuring FernDell Farm's fresh pasture raised guinea hens.

Menus is as follows:
1st - Poached FernDell Farm Poulette Egg with arugula, Katic bakery toast, cheddar and LaQuercia prociutto
2nd - Potato Fennel and Leek Soup with braised guinea hen
3rd - Guinea Hen Breast truffles, greens, acorn squash, pear, dried cherries
4th - Apple dessert to be determined
