GAPS Connections

The digestive system holds the roots of our health – it is the soil which generates our state of health.  GAPS Nutritional program involves not only a radical change in diet, but it is a whole lifestyle change.  Doing this program on your own can be difficult, over-whelming and time consuming.

This week we will be reviewing the 6 stages of the GAPS Intro diet.  Come see what food lessons we have to share this time!

Please Join Renee Renz and Edie Brennan, Certified GAPS™ Practitioners and other GAPS community members for our bi-weekly educational, inspiring, and supportive meetings.

Each GAPS™ Connections session will include a lesson/presentation, community based support, an opportunity to sample and learn new recipes, and time to have questions answered by GAPS™ Practitioners as a group and individually.

All GAPS™ clients, and anybody who is interested in learning about GAPS™ may attend.  Let’s work together to “fill in the GAPS”!

We covered the steps of the GAPS introduction diet and it is so enriching, no one can feel deprived eating this way. Once you heal and seal any whole food may be potentially included in your diet. This is simply a healing protocol which supports healthy lifestyle changes allowing one to restore inner health and enjoy the bounty of whole foods available.
