talk about our wintering bees, and general topics.

Great news. John Bailey, president of the Kankakee beekeepers will be attending our meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 5 at 6 at the Logan Square library. If you don't know John, please come and meet this amazing man. He has been beekeepering for 37 years, and can offer all sorts of info.

Be sure to come.

Sorry I wasn't able to make it, I have been on and off with the flu. It sounds like it was a good one!

John Bailey was wonderful. He talked about what happened to our hives this summer -- mostly, they starved. Jim Belli encouraged us to sign up for the ISBA summer meeting, which is right in Gurney this year. Those are always informative.
