If all is right in the bee world, come on over to my house to go through the process of extracting honey.

Rob was conservative about how close we were to be to the hives and nobody got stung. I took some photos and will share them. This was my first look at beekeeping and although I have been scared of bees I was comfortable with this and learned quite a bit. Thanks again.

It was a great way to spend a summer afternoon! I was fortunate that Rob had an extra jacket and gloves I was able to wear to help him with the frames. We did the whole extraction process and he gave us all a taste of his mead and a bottle of honey. Very informative day.
Excellent work in the sun! Christina, Hal, Marcin, and John were about to learn how to nab honey from a hive. When all is said and done we may have an additional 24 pounds!

I'm surprised by the level of growth I've seen since becoming an organizer, it's given me more confidence in my abilities.
