    3rd ANNUAL BEE FORUM: A Public Conversation KEYNOTE SPEAKER: ** Dennis VanEngelsdorp ** State Apiarist for Pennsylvania's Department of Agriculture, studying colony collapse disorder You've seen him in all the Bees documentaries Saturday November 20th Hours: 10 am - 4 pm Cost: $25 non-members, $15 members and GPCA volunteers The Garfield Park Conservatory Bee Forum will highlight noted academic and professional beekeeping experts as panel discussants to present on their latest research. This year's topic will be "Native Pollinators and Species Diversity." The public is invited to ask questions and to bring a potluck item to share with other members of the beekeeping community and with others who are interested in topics related to bees, the latest on Colony Collapse Disorder (CCD), species diversity and it's importance for long term environmental sustainability, urban beekeeping, etc. We will also have a special screening of the movie Nicotine Bees directed by Kevin Hansen, which should provoke lively discussion.
