Group engineering and moving forward

I apologize for taking time getting meet ups posted on line. I setup
tentative dates for events until July. As events grow closer we can
always change the date, agenda, etc. Hopefully we can use these dates
as a guideline.

February is a short month, busy, and I didn't schedule a meet up in
time. Anyone interested in having a virtual meet up to discuss group
logistics? We can chat online, on a designated night, at a specific
time. With the group being new I think it is good to learn what people
want. Please respond to this mailing to if you are available to chat.
Lets see when a good data/time is for others.

March will be our first "official meeting". We will be doing
presentations, working on labs, etc. In March, I want to accomplish at
least 1 lab exercise as a group. I believe this will be a great way for
people to gain hands on experience. As well as learn new tricks they
may have never noticed. Please send me copies of recommended labs or
labs you have gone over in the past. I need to check inventory of
hardware and the resources available to us. If you have equipment
available, please let me know.

We are looking for presenters and presentation topics. It would be
ideal to have at least 1 lab and 1 presentation for the March meet up.
If anyone is interested, please let me know. I can start a list of
people who are willing to present and hopefully have something new each

Any more thoughts or ideas? Please respond to this mailing list and
have our group discuss.
