Re: [ciscosystems-16] CCNA Voice

We're in the same boat with that one... I have minimal experience. My bachelors degree will be complete in October. So with that and at least icnd1 with soon to take ccna security in October and Cwna in January on resume with course studies outlined will help me a bit. I've seen various ranges for entry level salaries. More than likely, you will be the low man on the totem pole but try show that you're eager to learn and don't back out of challenges... I don't know I'm rambling. But do a simple search for VoIP admins to get a feel of the job market.

Cool thanks, next question. What's the job market like for entry level ccna voice with no real world experience?

Though to answer your question more accurately. If you take icnd1 and 2 or just the one ccna r/s exam you will only have acquired your ccna in r/s. Then you'll still have to take the ccna voice exam seperate to obtain you ccna voice.

So it depends on which way you want to do it. I think if your focus is voice..just take the icnd1 then the voice exam and you'll have your ccna voice.

Hello All -

Anyone on the CVOICE path, looking for some insight on the cert.  Do I need to take both part of the ICND test?  If so then does that mean I will have two certs CCNA for routing/switching and voice?
