Good Afternoon:

My name is Ronald Anderson .  I plan to continue with the group and I will try to make the next meeting.  I think that the group is a valuable and good resource.

I've been traveling/heavily committed but still plan on becoming more active in the near future.

Brilliant, Matthew! Thanks for this.
I'll go over it a few times and see what we can come up with over the next couple of weeks.

Awesome feedback,
Jim Goulding

We're still interested in the group even though we're not attending every meetup.  Warmer months in Chicago usually result in lower attendance numbers. Maybe scheduling meetups for the remainder of the year with various topics/dates might help?

My suggestion for a topic is "Hack Night".  Some of our best original meetups included sitting around a room with various Cisco gear in which we randomly hacked/taught lessons to each another. It helped that I worked at an ISP with various model devices laying around, but I'm sure gear or a lab is available somewhere? Maybe run through practice labs as a group providing support to those with less experience? "Practice makes perfect"

Another suggested topic is "VoIP Night".  There is all sorts of cool stuff going on in the world of VoIP these days...

Hi Xavier,
The group has split into study for the CCNA, and learning other topics. Last meeting was taught by two CCIE's on ACL and RIP.
We are evolving and open to any suggestion someone has that the group could be doing. We've covered everything everyone has asked for so far except getting in a Cisco speaker which I'm working on.

Thanks,
Jim Goulding

Hi Everyone,
10% of the people registered are showing up for the meetings.  I'd like to clean up the list and delete those who don't want to be a part of the group, for whatever reason. I do have the ability to delete members now.

So, if you want out and don't have time to delete yourself, please let me know and I'll do it for you. We're all CRAZY busy, so I completely understand.

Thanks very much,
