Here at the Church of Lightworkers, we cherish and celebrate the very special power, magic and healing that spiritual people (Lightworkers) bring to the world!

~ What qualifies a person to be called a "Lightworker"? ~

A "Lightworker" is anyone who "works" with or seeks to serve the "light" - the universal divine power we usually simply refer to as "Spirit," but that others may refer to as God, Infinite Intelligence, Universal Consciousness, Yahweh, Isis, Allah, Krishna, the Great Spirit, or whatever.

Lightworkers know how to or are learning how to "walk the walk," and not just "talk the talk," of true and deep spirituality.

Quite often Lightworkers find their true calling as:

* Energy healers, like Reiki and Ionixx practitioners
* Psychics, mediums and intuitives
* Spiritual teachers, counselors and psychologists
* Spiritual artists, musicians, movie-makers, poets and writers, and craftmakers
* Clergy, shamans, and other religious professionals and laypersons
* And those who simply feel and are drawn to the energy of Spirit working in their lives

Have you ever had a dream that came true? Prayed for someone and then they miraculously recovered? Heard the phone ring and you knew who was calling? Been doing something creative, like painting or clayworking, and felt a force larger than yourself seem to take over and guide your hands? Had a good or bad feeling about a person or situation that turned out to be right? If things like this have happened to you, then Spirit is indeed active in your life, and you may feel guided towards the Lightworker's path. Lightworkers often experience these kinds of things.

Other things common to Lightworkers:

* They care about other people and their feelings
* They feel driven or drawn to help other people
* They often - sometimes constantly - feel the presence of spiritual energies

Through their connection with Spirit, Lightworkers may:

* Send healing energy to people through their prayers or through spiritual energies that come through them

* Communicate with the spirits of those who have passed on, or have not yet been born

Lightworkers bring enlightenment, healing, guidance, wisdom, hope, and other spiritual gifts and benefits to people who need it most. Lightworkers come in a world of darkness to make a world of light. A new age is dawning, and Lightworkers like you are leading the way!

It is the blessing of the Church of Lightworkers to provide a safe, sacred, and supportive place for all Lightworkers to come together, to acknowledge and give thanks to the Spirit that nurtures and empowers us, and to find fellowship and a "family" with those who share this sacred path.

The Church also provides spiritual development classes, including for psychic and energy healing abilities, and minister training and ordination services.

Church services are designed to act as a "spiritual spa", featuring beautiful uplifting music and empowering and enlightening guided meditations, as well as billet readings and other fun stuff, and of course nurturing, centering, balancing, and empowering your amazing and beautiful Lightworker spirit! Think of coming to services as taking some very important and nourishing "me time" for yourself spiritually. Services are often followed by potluck snacks (bring something tasty to share!) and social time.
