What is Meditation?
Meditation or “sitting in stillness” promotes relaxation and raises our internal energy or Life Force (Chi, Ki, Prana). It allows us to experience a deeper sense of serenity which can bring about a more profound quality of consciousness.
Meditation is a wonderful way of developing compassion, patience, an indestructible sense of wellbeing while engaging in any life activity. Meditation, in one form or another, has been going on for thousands of years and is often used to regulate the mind in some way, mainly to clear and ease many health issues such as:
