    Hi Everyone,

Thank you so much for coming to the expo. It was an amazing turnout and everyone had such good stuff to show. More importantly, we got the opportunity to meet a lot of you face to face, and talk about something we love. Please don't hesitate to contact me for any reason at [masked]. Or you can follow me on twitter @c_volpe. Also, let us know if there is anything you think we should think about for next years Expo. It'll be here before we know it.

    Thank you all again.

Oh, as a side note. We recorded all the speakers, so we're going to get the video soon and take a look at it. We'll post them to youtube and update everyone as soon as they're up.

Best conference I've been to this year.

This was total awesomesauce for an inaugural event. I only wish they had not darkened the theatre so much so that we could take notes - but the non-pizza foodstuffs totally made up for it !

Thanks for the feedback on the lights. We'll keep that in mind for next year. I was very happy about the food we had too, it actually made for a fairly fulfilling lunch! Thank Chris Volpe for picking the fruit selection which was really tasty!

Sorry about that, my bad :) I'll make sure to keep that in mind next year.

Ohio GAme Dev Expo was great! Gaming is an exciting field and I look forward to collaborating with game developers to create some amazing new games. Anyone interested in collaborating, contact me. I have great game ideas, but no programming skills. I know a little about GameSalad and plan to learn more about Unity.

Nice place to meet folks in the gaming community and play their upcoming games. Pretty good for first year. Glad to see all the developers/supporters come out to showcase Ohio's game developer community.

Great! Awesome event. I had no idea Ohio was home to so many developers! Great advice from the presentations, too.

Great meeting. I considered my attendance recognizance. I needed to see what the independent game developers were doing, hear success stories as well as analyze why I believe some have not been successful yet. It was eye opening and it has catalyzed me to strive even harder. My number 1 goal right now is to have a strong presence next year with products to demo and insights to share.

The fee is for listening to the people giving talks. These people: http://www.ohiogamede...

I suppose that is worth the price of admission. Just wish I could pay some other way than paypall. Credit card or even bitcoin would be nicer. Guess I will chance it and pay at the door.

There are currently 210 registered developers. It's a great opportunity to meet devs from around the state and even all our surrounding states including Ontario. Get your ticket soon as we might sell out in the next couple days.

We've made a change to the Ohio Game Dev Expo schedule. The Expo will now be held on 12/7/13, instead of this September.

We've gotten a lot of late interest in the event and felt that we could better accommodate all the showcases and attendees by moving the date. We're now able to reserve a larger space and the presentation and showcase rooms are now closer together which will be a big improvement. We also have a new expo website in the works and plans for a lot more exciting opportunities. The early bird price deadline has been extended as well.

The show will go on! Hope to see you in December.
