Would you like to erase the brain-washing that Monopoly-type games have caused over the years?
I reject the premise of this question. But I do enjoy and own a variety of games.
Without sounding TOO much like a pick-up line, are you 18+ years old, easy-going, and have any interest in learning a game that you've never played before?
Sure, for reasonable values of easy-going.
If you have played a game before, would you be willing to show other members how to play?
If it's any good.
Would you be able to appreciate the ideals and mechanics of the game, thus thwarting your original plans of solely annihilating your competion? Don't worry, you're still scheduled for world domination the following day ;)
I have a hard time not annihilating some people at Scrabble, but I'm generally not a cut-throat player. (and I get annihilated by the truly good players even then.)
What days of the week are you most able to attend a Meetup?
Closer to Grossmont / Fletcher Hills, but College isn't a stretch.
