    Today was maybe the best day of meditation and learning yet, while only three of us there. A new lady was there (I forgot her name) and she was VERY interesting...it will be difficult to top this day of meditation...I LOVED IT!!!

    I continue to enjoy this and learn more about meditation, it seems to be helping me in so many ways. I am going to attempt to make it Saturday...I may be late, but I'll try to be there!

    This is my first event. Can someone tell me what I should bring with me and what I should expect? Thanks

      No need to bring anything but yourself and a comfortable pair of clothes. There are chairs to sit on, or mats to sit on... there are two 20 minute meditations that begin with a little guidance with a 3 minute break between and a short 10 minute break after to have refreshments, then discussion after for about 15 minutes if you choose to stay for that :)
