We are a group of people learning about the benefits of eating food in its freshest state. We have learned and are learning a lot from each other and are looking forward to our future. We having been meeting for 3 years.
Eating raw is about improving health, sustainable living, having the enzymes to digest your food and being able to absorb the minerals and vitamins naturally present in fresh food. We discuss eating foods in their raw state, wild plants, sprouting, dehydrating, green smoothies and more.
Over the last three years I have upped my percentage of raw food with the support and encouragement of others in our group. The majority of us following the raw food diet have healing stories we would be glad to share with you.
At our meetings we discuss how food affects health and how our bodies naturally want to heal. We would be glad to help you on your fresh food journey.
