Attend an intro to MSP430 programming and get an MSP430 board

  • Aug 14, 2012 · 4:00 PM

I'm giving a talk on embedded development boards using the TI MSP430 LaunchPad. For $10 (suggested donation) you get the LaunchPad, a breadboard, two jumper wires, and an LED. This is a really basic talk, for people who have never used an embedded development board or possibly even a compiler. But it should be a great way to meet others interested in starting their embedded hobby.

The talk is at the SAIC office you can see from I95 at the MD175 interchange.

Feel free to show up just to help others out. We anticipate many attendees will have never used a breadboard, a compiler, or heard of ESD. Walking around helping everyone stay on track is welcomed.
