BOO!! Autumn is here -- lets celebrate by taking a trip to the Clayton Valley Pumpkin Farm! We did this last year and it was a lot of fun. There are lots of fun things to explore..farm animals, pumpkin patch and the pumpkin playland which is a separate play area with hay bale mazes to crawl through and bean pits to jump around in. Bring a bag lunch and don't forget your camera, see you there!! General Admission: Free

This week's park day has a twist -- Bring something for a fun, informal Show and Tell. Yep, you read that right. And that means..parents, you can participate too! Anything goes. Everyone who wants to participate, please bring along one item..examples could be a special photo, contraption, artwork, edibles to share, favorite toy or stuffed animal, pet rock..you get the picture. We'll sit in a circle and share!

This week we'll head over to Shelly's place for Theatre Club Practice -- Address to be e-mailed. Join in on the fun as our homeschoolers collaborate on their very first play together! Our kids will prepare to perform "A Caterpillar's Voice", (follow link and scroll down to find the title) as well as help to design the backdrops and costumes. This is perfect for all ages and there will be something for everybody. Practices will be every Thursday from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, beginning July 2nd and ending on September 10th, for a total of 10 total classes. Final performance is set for September 12th. More details coming soon, including meeting locations and info on parent volunteer opportunities. Thanks all and can't wait to see you there!
