The beauty of Southern California awaits us! We live in a fabulously diverse and amazingly picturesque place, let's shoot it!
Every month we will have a combination of hiking events (where stopping to smell the roses and then taking their photo will be encouraged) and photo specific events, from urban exploring to learning from the masters. Hiking & photo events will take place throughout the Southern California area, including some overnight trips. Please recommend unique events or hikes to the group, we can all learn from each other. Become an assistance leader, even if it is just to share a local festival. From professional to point-n-shoot photographers, all levels of photography experience are welcome.

I am new to the group and I was wondering if anyone is interested in having the meetup at the Getty Villa in Malibu?. It is a great place to visit with a camea, great for macro, portrait and landscape photography.
Let me know if anyone is interested as well as setting up carpooling.
