If you are looking for a better understanding on the hows and whys of meditation this is a great place to start. Our facilitated meditation lasts about 20-30 minutes and our facilitator will guide you as well as discuss the practice, postures and expectations of meditation. We provide time within the allotted hour to answers any questions.
