Procraftination Saturday

I'm sure we all have at least one unfinished project on a shelf (some of us have a whole closet full!). This is another installment of the "unfinished craft day" to help you get motivated to bring your stuff in and get it done in the company of other procraftinators. Get some tips and tricks along the way and ask each other for help. Bring in your supplies, your sewing machine, your ironing board ... whatever tools you need. We'll have some supplies on hand as well.

About the Creative Juice Bar
It's a place where you get together with other people searching for a creative outlet, to perfect a new skill, or to just join in some fun, community learning. The Creative Juice Bar is part of Kleverdog Academie where professional, skills-based classes on a variety of topics are taught on an on-going basis. We invite you to visit the Academie to find out more.

Want to be a Master Creative Juicer?
Despite the moniker, all you need to become a Master Creative Juicer (MCJ for short) is a desire to share some of your projects or knowledge to a class of hungry students. You don't have to be an expert or have a certain degree, just the motivation and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty. If interested, we want to talk to you. Please email us at [masked] or call us at[masked] x4.

Parking
Metered street parking is available on Hill and Broadway Streets. There is also a paid parking lot at 420 Bernard in Bamboo Plaza with reasonable rates, or another lot on Broadway. For public transit, we are a couple of blocks from the Chinatown Gold Line station, and multiple bus routes go up and down Hill and Broadway.

Map to help you find us: http://bit.ly/qy8Xkj
Kleverdog Academie is located in an alleyway between Hill and Broadway; just a couple doors down from Phoenix Bakery on Broadway. Look for the bright red door with the 418 address -- we're on the second floor. Lost? Call us at[masked] x4

A great way to move forward on forgotten projects or rekindle old skills. Highly recommend this if you are the type that doesn't make time to finish or work on your crafty projects. It's the perfect way to get something going, moving or finished.

I'm surprised by the level of growth I've seen since becoming an organizer, it's given me more confidence in my abilities.
